I continued to develop this concept to include the elements Water and Earth, and in 2001 I was able to install all four, large-scale, photographic ‘kimonos’ in San Francisco and in Los Angeles as part of Passport 2001- a major fundraiser for AIDS research sponsored by American Express and Macy’s.
This photo-kimono represents the flowing waters from four different countries.
