SHIPPING AND DELIVERY Regular shipping varies according to delivery location, whether domestic or international. Rates will vary for express service (UPS or FEDEX). If the item you have ordered is in stock, you can expect to receive it within a week domestically and 10 to 15 days internationally. If the item is out of stock, please allow four to five weeks for delivery. These art scarves are collectors’ items, created in limited edition. When each design reaches the 25th printing, the design will be discontinued.
RETURN POLICY You have 7 days from the original delivery received date to return an item for a refund if you are not happy with it. Items returned must be sent to us insured and inside the original packaging. All returns must include a copy of the invoice so we have your complete order and contact information. The shipping charge is not refunded. SIMO NERI is not responsible for any shipments lost in transit. Therefore, packages must be traceable and must require a signature upon delivery (e.g. Fedex, UPS, registered mail). All returns must be notified by email first. SIMO NERI will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days of the receipt of returned goods (excluding shipping).
